Coaching
Coaching is a structured, solution-focused process that empowers the client to achieve what is most important to him or her and fulfill personal potential. Coaching differs from traditional therapy in that the focus is on what can be done today to improve your future, rather than working through the difficulties of the past or the present. Coaching is not limited by location, and appointments can be scheduled in the office, by phone, or in a public location.
Coaching is a collaborative process in which coach and client work together. Your coach spends time prior to your coaching appointment to prepare the materials that may be most helpful to you; you are expected to spend time following the appointment completing homework. Appointments range from 30-45 minutes. Payment is expected prior to the appointment time, particularly for phone sessions.
