Topics in this course include the benefits of stress, the negative impact of long term stress, increasing physical energy, relaxation techniques, increasing mental energy, personal purpose, and time management.

Group participation class includes weekly meetings and measurable growth. Handouts and resources provided each week, and relaxation is practiced as a group.
