Executive Counseling & Corporate Testing

Executive Counseling & Coaching

My background includes seven years serving as co-founder and executive at an international adoption agency. I have also done some work in HR. There are many parts of my executive position that I miss, but I also understand the unique challenges it includes. Group dynamics can greatly impact the effectiveness and efficiency of a business. Executive Counseling or Executive Coaching can enable a CEO, Director, Manager, or Supervisor to change the workplace environment, increase employee satisfaction, increase customer satisfaction, improve efficiency, and eliminate unnecessary conflicts. Every company is unique and I tailor my approach to working with you and your business, helping you be the best leader that you can be. I am always happy to have a conversation to determine if your goals match the services I provide. Please feel free to contact me or schedule a teleconference

The Multi Generational Workplace

With the number of millennials in the workforce passing Gen Xers and Baby Boomers, generational conflicts and misunderstandings abound. Understanding each other and how to communicate can create a more productive and enjoyable working environment for everyone. Each generation has strengths that the rest of us can benefit from.

Personality in the Workplace

Using the DISC, the Myers-Briggs (MBTI), or both, your team can learn more about themselves and each other all while having fun and learning to appreciate it each other more. Personality testing can teach you and your team about how you process information, how you approach the world, and how you communicate. It can also help employees to be happier and more productive AND cut down on excessive (and ineffective) emails. Brooke can lighten up your workday with an interactive presentation and candy as a learning tool.

Corporate Testing

Personality testing has many benefits in the workplace from hiring decisions to team building and improved communication. Testing combined with a group seminar and/or an individual explanation with the team leader can powerfully address a number of workplace concerns and questions. While testing can provide information, a trained professional is needed to equip you with the full application. Perhaps you have already figured out how powerful the information can be, but you have not figured out all the ways you can utilize that information. If you are interested in corporate testing, let's have a conversation to determine if this is the appropriate tool to meet your goals or if we can find a tool more suited to your needs. DISC - A simplified personality test that examines your behavior in a specific environment and helps people learn communication, motivation, and task approaches. It should take approximately 20 minutes to complete and costs will be determined based on the size of your group.

MBTI - The Myers Briggs Type Indicator provides powerful information about how you understand and interact with the world. The right clinician can explain your results beyond the four letters, explaining your dominant and auxiliary approaches. It can provide information for you as an individual or for you and your teammates working in a group. It should take approximately 20-30 minutes to complete and costs will be determined based on the size of the group.
